Ingredients

Lean Stew Meat (Beef) - 1 lb.
Cabbage - 1/2 head
Carrots - 3 large
Potato - 1 med./large
Bell Pepper - 1 med.
Celery - 2 lg. stalks
Onion - 1 med.
Roma Tomatoes - 6
Seasoning to taste
Directions
Chop vegetables and place in large pot with stew meat and about 1/3 full of water.
Add your choice of seasoning.
Bring to a boil and lower heat and boil until vegetables are tender.
