Tomato Tortelloni Soup

Introduction

My daughter, who is a picky eater, LOVED this recipe and it got her to eat her veggies! My daughter, who is a picky eater, LOVED this recipe and it got her to eat her veggies!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4 cans tomato soup
    3.5 cups water
    4 cups cheese filled tortelloni
    16oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
    Fresh basil
    Onion flakes
    Johnny's garlic spread
    Parmesan cheese

Directions

Mix the soup, water and all seasonings. After soup is heated, put on medium high and bring to slight boil. Add torelloni and mixed vegetables. Let boil for 5-10 minutes and then simmer until pasta is tender. Sprinkle a little bit of parmesan on each bowl.
