Introduction

light pasta salad light pasta salad
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    * any veggies you like, as many as you want. i just added what i had on hand.

    * 1 box of rotini ( i used tri color, and the 10 cups is about how much 1 box of uncooked pasta made )

    * Baslamic Viniagerte salad dressing

Directions

1) cook pasta acording to instructions on package.

2) chop up veggies you will use into chunks or bite size pices, and let soak in a bowl in the dressing.

3 ) when pasta is ready, drain it, and cool it down with cold water.

4) add to veggies and dressing, and mix well.

makes about 6 or 7 (2 cup) servings.
