Introduction

This is a great recipe for those who are tired of the same diet jello flavours. There are more selections of flavours in Nestea or Crystal Light drink packets. The instructions sound more complicated than it really is.
You can top this off with a spoonful of sugar free low fat whipped cream but don't forget to add the nutritional value of the whipped cream to your daily count. You can also serve this with a slice of fruit, to compliment whatever flavour drink mix you use.

Makes a nice fancy dessert for kids and they'll never know you're serving them low calorie food.
