Healthy Protein Bars

Introduction

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1/2 cup rice syrup
    1 teas. vanilla
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/4 cup water

    Mix above ingredients in a stand mixer

    3/4 cup brown rice flour
    1/2 cup oat bran or Nutty Rice Cereal
    6 scoops 100% whey protein, unsweet. (1 3/4c)
    2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
    3 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping)

    Mix dry ingredients together and add to moist ingredients. Mix together with stand mixer 1-2 minutes.

Directions

Press into a lightly oiled 7 x 11 pan. Cut into 15 pieces. Refrigerate 30 minutes before removing from pan. Store in refrigerater.

Gluten-free if Nutty Rice Cereal is used
