tina's wonton soup

Ingredients

    4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
    1 cup of raw carrot slices or strips
    1 cup of chopped scallions

    8 wonton wrappers
    1 pound of cooked chicken breast meat

    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Boil chicken broth with carrots and scallions and salt and pepper for 4 hours, or until vegetables are soft.

Chop chicken breast into small pieces. Wrap in wonton skins. Place into broth mixture and cook 10 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 20 servings.
