Berry Mimosa

Ingredients

    2 c orange juice
    1 c reduced calorie cranberry juice
    1.5 c strawberries (original calls for raspberries, we're not raspberry people)
    1 orange, thinly sliced
    1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
    1 (750 milliliter) bottle of champagne or sparkling white wine, chilled
    1 (1 liter) bottle lemon-lime seltzer, chilled
    2 trays ice cubes

Directions

Combine the OJ, Cranberry juice, strawberries, orange, & mint in a 3 qt pitcher or punch bowl. Gently stir in the remaining ingredients, serve at once.
