Gyros Style Chicken

Introduction

Very tasty way to make chicken. Great in pita bread, with rice, or topping a salad. Very tasty way to make chicken. Great in pita bread, with rice, or topping a salad.

Ingredients

    2 boneless skinless chicken breast
    3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    juice from 1/2 lemon
    1 tsp ground oregano
    1 tbls fresh ground black pepper

Directions

Mix together vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, and pepper. Marinate chicken in this mixture for atleast 1 hour. Grill until cooked through. Serve in warm pita bread, with rice, or on a salad.
