Crunchy Taco Casserole

Ingredients

    1.5 lb ground turkey
    1/4 cup onion
    1/4 cup green pepper
    1 cup salsa
    1 cup frozen yellow corn
    2 tsp reduced sodium taco seasoning
    3 oz baked tostitos
    2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
    2/3 cup water

Directions

crunch tostidos into pieces
Brown the ground turkey with onions.
add green pepper when turkey is almost brown.
add in taco seasoning, salsa, water, corn and stir
layer half meat mixture. cover with 1 cup of cheddar cheese and then half of the tostitos.
put second half of meat mixture on top. Cover with 1 cup of cheddar and then the remainder of the tostito chips
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins
