Directions

put all of the spices in the yougurt...mix well. Marinate fish for about an hour or longer if possible. When ready to cook spray some pam on a pan then generously coat each piece of fish with mixture. Bake in oven until white and flakey.

***(This fish is very delicious and tasty!!) If you have never liked fish before try this as it takes away that fishy taste. Even my daughter loves it and she is one of the hardest ones to please! You can also use this on chicken as well.

  • Wew! I made this the other night and good lord it tasted "dirty". I'm thinking it was the gram marsala that was this issue. My taste buds hated this dish. - 3/24/13
