Ingredients

    1 banana
    1/3 cup frozen blueberries
    6 oz Yoplait Fiber one non-fat yogurt
    1/2 cup Tropicana light 'n healthy OJ

Directions

break banana in 1/2 and put in blender, add frozen blueberries (frozen are better when blending because you don't have to add ice). Add yogurt and OJ and blend. Makes 2 (1-cup) servings.
