Ingredients

    * *Farm Fresh Frozen Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts, 16 oz
    * Carrots, raw, 3 large
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices
    * Honey, .75 cup
    * Soy sauce low sodium, .25 cup
    * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Corn Starch, 2 T
    * Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    * Hot Pepper Sauce, .25 tsp
    * *Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp
    * Olive Oil, 2 tsp

Directions

Cut chicken into 1' strips .Heat oil,add chicken about 5-8 minutes. Add mushroom and carrots.
Mix the rest of ingredients-omitting sesame seeds.
Pour over chicken mixture.Cook until sauce is slightly thickened. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
