The family loved this!! I used 1# ground beef, 1 onion, 1 t. garlic powder, 1 c. sour cream. I came up with 5 (1 cup) servings for 323.7 calories each. Only 370.2 sodium. I use the mushroom with No Salt Added and Healthy Request Mushroom soup 45% less sodium and didn't add salt. - 5/5/09

Very tasty! I doubled the recipe & subbed 98% fat free soup and added about 3/4 c. milk to thin it out a bit. It did need a little seasoning help: I added 1 tsp. each paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and s&p. - 7/3/08

I also used 1 cup of fat free nonfat yogurt instead of the sour cream and increased the garlic powder, used a whole onion and fat free chicken broth and cooked a whole wheat pasta in the sauce. Family liked it very much (except for those that aren't mushroom fans) but I do agree that it needs more seasonings. We added some cracked pepper at the table and served it over brown rice. We'll definitely make again and will play around with some seasonings to give it more flavor. - 8/12/09
