2/3 puff pastry sheet
9 oz. jumbo shrimp
1/4 c. half and half
1/8 c. 2 % milk
1 tbsp. cocktail sauce
1 tsp. Better than Bouillon Lobster base
While baking, make sauce: 1/4 c. half and half, 1/8 c. 2 % milk, 1 tbsp. cocktail sauce, and 1 tsp. Better than Bouillon Lobster base on stove.
Use a couple of tablespoons of sauce and pour over each serving. Serves 4. There will be sauce leftover so the calorie count on this one is artificially high.
