Big Chicken Salad

Introduction

Great for dinner! Great for dinner!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    11oz chicken breast, grilled and diced
    4 cups romaine lettuce
    1/2 medium cumber peeled and diced
    1 medium tomato peeled and diced
    4 oz feta cheese crumbled
    2 large scallions diced
    1/2 ripe avocado (Hass) diced
    4 tbsp Trader Joe's fat-free balsamic dressing

Directions

While chicken is on the grill, dice lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado, and scallions.

Mix in large bowl.

Add warm grilled chicken, feta cheese, and vinagrette.

Toss and serve!
