5 Medium sized potato (red or white)
1/4 cup milk (1% used in recipe)
2 tablespoons light margarine
1 lb Lean ground turkey
1 can creamed corn
salt & pepper to taste
At the same time as potato is boiling, brown ground turkey; season with onion powder, salt and pepper as desired; drain.
In deep casserole dish, put cooked ground turkey and top with can of creamed corn then mashed potato. Bake for 30 - 45 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes and enjoy.
Makes about 8 1.5 cup servings.
