Jane's Fajitas

Introduction

Two servings is actually two fajaitias . These are filled with vegetables! Two servings is actually two fajaitias . These are filled with vegetables!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast tenders
    1 ea green, red, yellow bell pepper
    2 onions
    2 Tbsp canola oil
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

Cut chicken into strips
cut peppers into strips and onions into slices.
Put oil into large skillet and cook chicken. Take out chicken and add onions until transparent.
Add peppers for about 10 mins and then add chicken. mix and serve on Whole Wheat Tortillas

Makes 10 servings, one serving is two fajitas
