3 Tablespoons Designer Whey Chocolate Protein Powder
4 oz. skim milk
4 oz. Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt
1 squirt of Hershey's Chocolate Light Syrup
1 tablespoon Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
15 raw almonds
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
5 ice cubes
1/2 cup prepared oatmeal
Microwaving 1/4 cup of dry oatmeal with 1/2 cup water for 1 1/2 minutes.
Blend all ingredients in blender on high for 30-45 seconds or until fully blended. Enjoy!
NOTE: I'd suggest finishing the smoothie at least 1 1/2 hours before your workout. to make sure it has time to digest.
