Ingredients

* Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped
* Red Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
* Cucumber (peeled), .5 cup, pared, chopped
* Parsley, 2 tbsp
* Garlic, 1 tsp
* Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
* *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
* Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped
Directions
Mix chopped tomatoes, red onion, parsley, and cucumber in a salad bowl. Add garlic, lemon juice and olive oil and mix well. Place in 1/2 cup in each serving dish and top with chopped walnuts.
