Introduction

Ingredients

    1 large onion of your choice, peeled and cut into slices

    1 oz. roasted red peppers, sliced

    27grams (about 2 peppers) chipotle peppers, sliced

Directions

Place all ingredients into a skillet, cooking over medium to low heat until onions are tender and somewhat translucent. I place a heaping fork-full onto my tacos with all my other taco fixings. Enjoy!
