Ingredients

    1/4 lb bacon
    1/2 cup onion
    1/2 cup red pepper
    1 cup celery
    2 sticks low fat string cheese

    1 12 oz bag of frozen peas

    1 cup plain low fat yogurt
    4 Tbsp Eating Right Honey Mustard Dressing
    1 Tbsp dried dill weed

Directions

Chop very fine onions, pepper, celery and string cheese while frying bacon very crispy. Drain the bacon between paper towels and then crumb into frozen peas. Mix in chopped ingredients, add yogurt, honey mustard dressing, dill weed and mix well. Let sit for 5 minutes while peas come to room temperature and stir again before serving. Each serving is slightly over a cup.
