Yummy Salad

Introduction

This is great to make as the whole meal! It tastes great and give you loads of veggies! This is great to make as the whole meal! It tastes great and give you loads of veggies!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Ridiccio - (Looks like a baseball size cabbage, but it is not cabbage. It is good though)

    4 leafs Romaine Lettuce - chopped
    1 Cucumber - deseeded - sliced
    4 medium Mushrooms - sliced
    2 large Scallions - sliced
    3 Med Carrots - sliced
    1 bunch Broccoli - made into florets
    3 med Radishes - sliced
    6 oz Rasins
    4 Hard Boiled Eggs
    4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Cooked/Chilled/Diced

Directions

In a bowl add the first 8 ingredients. Serve about 2 cup portions for each person.

Then, each person gets one egg (chopped), 1.5 oz of raisins(about a small palm size), and 1 chicken breast diced.

Add your favorite dressing.

Note:
I switch between the chicken and drained canned tuna for this salad.
