Ingredients

    1/4 cup barley
    1/4 cup millet
    1/4 cup cracked wheat
    1/4 cup basmati brown rice
    1/4 cup quinoa
    1/4 cup oatmeal
    1/4 cup coconut
    1/4 cup raisins
    2 tsp cinnamon
    3 1/2 cup water
    Dash of salt, optional

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together in an oven safe dish. Pour water over dry ingredients and stir. Cover and bake for one hour.
