Gluten Free Power Bar

Ingredients

    5 T peanut butter, 6 scoops whey protein, 1 cup DRY milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, sweetner of choice to taste, 1 cup brown rice flour (or 1/2 cup oats and 1/2 cup oat flour--but recipe then is no longer gluten free), 1/2 cup water

Directions

Mix together and press into 8X8 pan sprayed with Pam. Put in freezer or fridge to chill. Cut into 8 bars.
