Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 small head of cabbage chopped
    1 can diced tomatos
    2 Tbsp diced onion
    pepper
    garlic powder
    salt (optional)

Directions

brown beef, drain and rinse excess fat off meat.
Add all ingredients and 2 cans of water.
Stir and simmer until cabbage is tender.

1 cup = serving
