Chicken Casserole

Introduction

Quick fast and yummy and a good way to use up left over chicken from meal or BBQ Quick fast and yummy and a good way to use up left over chicken from meal or BBQ
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cooked chicken or left over chicken
    (pick off bone)
    4 rounds of vermicelli noodles
    2 Chicken cubes
    2 tbl corn flour/starch
    1 x 400g tin sweet corn
    1/2 cup water

Directions

1. Pick all the meat off the bone or chop/shred left over chicken meat.
2. Mix corn flour and water together until well combined.
3. Add all the ingredients together in a saucepan and heat on low until thick.
5. Transfer to a casserole and heat for appox. 20-30 min. on 180c in the oven.

*If your in a real hurry it's quite ok from the saucepan.
