Ingredients

1.5 cups flour
1 cup whole weat flour
2.5 tsp baking soda
.5 tsp salt
1 cup splenda
3.5 cups All Bran Fruit and fiber cereal
2 cups buttermilk, I used ff milk with lemon juice to turn it
.5 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
makes 20--you can store batter in fridge for a few weeks in a non metal bowl and cook as needed, but I don't.
Combine all wet ingredients and cereal, soak for a bit until soft.
Combine and add dry ingredients, mixing lightly.
Divide batter into 24. Fill Pammed muffin tins and bake at 400° for about 20 minutes. Freezes well.
