Introduction

Ingredients

    3 C cooked Brown Rice
    10 oz. Chicken Breast (canned works great)
    1 can Black Beans
    1 can Corn
    1 C Chopped Red Peppers
    1 C Chopped Onion
    1/2 C Reduced Fat Sour Cream
    1 C Tomato Sauce
    4 T Chili Powder
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Prep time includes cooking the brown rice.

Mix all ingredients in large pot, heat over medium heat until hot.
