Ingredients

10 oz ground lamb
1onion diced
2 red bell pepper chopped
1 zucchini chopped
3 cloves garlic
4 oz fat free yogurt
1 tsp thyme
1 oz gruyere cheese grated
1tsp cilantro
6 pitas
Directions
Saute onion, red bell pepper, zucchini and garlic until caramelized.
Saute lamb until brown.
Mix and warm together. Add salt, pepper, cilantro, and thyme.
Mix in yogurt and cheese until well blended. Serve in 6 pitas
