    1-2 Bottles of BBQ Sauce of choice
    4 lbs Country style Ribs

Directions

Dump all in Crock pot and put on High for 4-5 hours.

(Calories based on 4TBS of Sauce per portion)

    I already make this, but I use about 1/2 bottle of barbecue sauce and water to lower the calories. Still delicious and still falls off the bones. - 9/13/08
