Herbs Sauteed Chicken
2 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp dried Italian herbs
2 tsp olive oil
3 tbsp minced onion
1 cup 99% fat-free chicken broth
2. Warm oil in large skillet over high heat. Add chicken and brown each side for about 2 minutes. Set aside.
3. Reduce heat to low and add onion to pan. Cook for about 1 minute. Add broth and chicken. Increase heat to medium-high and simmer for roughly 10-15 minutes.
4. Serve with sauce spooned on top.
