Ingredients

    4 Borden FF American Singles
    1 Tbsp whole wheat flour
    1 Tbsp non fat milk
    Water to taste

Directions

make a roux from flour and water. Melt cheese into the roux. Add 1 Tbsp milk, and add water until desired thickness is reached. Serve over your favorite dish
