Jesi's Quick Casserole

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 onion diced
    1/2 - 3/4 ground beef
    1 can green beans
    1 pouch instant mashed potatoes (garlic is best)
    salt & pepper to taste
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Pan fry diced onion and ground beef until well done. Drain grease. Season w/salt & pepper to taste while cooking.

Make instant mashed potatoes according to directions on pouch. Most involve adding water only.

In an oven safe casserole dish add beef & onions. Top with can of green beans. Season with a little seasoned salt if desired. Top with instant mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
