Chunky Chicken Salad

Introduction

Under 100 calories, this chicken salad will be a great lunch or weekend snack. Under 100 calories, this chicken salad will be a great lunch or weekend snack.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can of canned premium chicken breast
    3 small raw celery stalks chopped (approx = .5cup)
    1/4 green pepper chopped (approx = .5cup chooped)
    1/4 red pepper chopped (approx = .5cup chooped)
    2 Tbsp Low Fat Hellman's Mayonnaise

Directions

Chop the celery, red peppers, and green peppers)
Open the can of tuna. Drain well.
Chop the chicken into smaller pieces and then place in a bowl.
Add the vegetables to the chicken.
Add 2 Tbsp. of Low Fat Hellman's and stir until mixed well.
Refrigerate if necessary or Enjoy.
