Balsamic Chicken over Spinach with Vegetables

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, .25 cup
    Grill blend seasoning
    Rosemary, fresh, 2 tbsp
    *Hormel Bacon Bits, 6 tbsp
    Spinach, fresh, 6 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 8 medium, sliced
    Radishes, 8 medium, sliced
    Scallions, raw, 4 medium, sliced
    Kraft Fat Free Catalina Dressing, 8 tbsp

Directions

Coat chicken with vinegar, chicken broth, seasoning and rosemary, set aside (marinate overnight if possible). Coarsley chop spinach add to salad bowl top with mushrooms, radishes, scallions, season with salt and pepper. Toss spinach in catalina dressing and spinach and bacon bits in. Add chicken to top of salad.
