    *Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain,1/2cup
    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, .5 cup
    1/2 C water
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    Ginger, ground, .12 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, .12 tsp (remove)

Directions

place milk and water into pan and bring to gentle boil, add oats reduce deat and cook until desired consistency. add spices and fruit.
