Cinnamon Chips

Introduction

These make a tasty low-fat snack. Most of the time I see them made with tortillas, so this is a little different take on them. You could probably make it even better for you by using sugar substitute for the Cinnamon Sugar mixture. These make a tasty low-fat snack. Most of the time I see them made with tortillas, so this is a little different take on them. You could probably make it even better for you by using sugar substitute for the Cinnamon Sugar mixture.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 tbsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 c white sugar
    16 wonton wrappers
    Either Butter Flavored Cooking Spray or Spray Margarine

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Lay wonton wrappers on a cookie sheet. I like to cut them in half diagonally for easier dipping later.

Spray wonton wrappers with cooking spray making sure they are all moisten.

Mix cinnamon and sugar and then sprinkle it over the wontons evenly.

Place cooking sheet in oven and allow to bake for 5-8 minutes until crisp. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Makes about 5 servings.
