Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients



    2 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour Mix all of the wet ingredients.
    2 Cup flour Combine dry ingredients.
    1/2 Cup Ground flax seed Add dry to wet and mix.
    1 tsp salt drop by rounded tablespoons
    1 tsp baking soda Bake 350 degrees for 10-12minutes.
    1 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil or Butter
    2 Cup Brown Sugar
    1 Cup Sugar
    1 Tbls Vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 egg yolks
    3 Cup dried coconut
    2 Cup chocolate chips
    1 Cup pecans

Directions

Mix all of the wet ingredients.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add dry to wet and mix.
drop by rounded tablespoons
Bake 350 degrees for 10-12minutes.
