Using stir fry pan or wok, cook up meat. Add in peppers, onions, and soy sauce. As everything nears completion add in carrots (so they don't get mushy) and sweet and sour sauce. Stir fry for a few minutes to make sure everything is coated and serve over warm (white) rice.
