2 large bananas, frozen
1 avocado, peeled and cored
1 1/2 cups fruit (strawberries & blueberries, etc)
Puree in food processor until liquid. You may add some honey or agave nectar if you want it sweeter, but the fruit is generally sweet.
Freeze until hard; scrape with spoon into bowls to serve.
