Ingredients

prosciutto
snap peas
olive oil
garlic
shallots
parsley
balsalmic vinegar (optional)
Directions
Heat olive oil in pan on med-low. Add roughly chopped garlic and shallots, salt and pepper to taste. Saute until tender about 1 minute. Add snap peas and vinegar (if desired) cook for about 3-5 minutes or until bright green. Add prosciutto -- diced or torn -- and cook for 1 -2 min. Stir in parsley and serve. Makes 2 .5-cup servings.
