Amy's Chicken Stir-Fry

Introduction

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
    Corn Starch, 0.333 tbsp
    Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Water, tap, 0.125 cup (8 fl oz)
    Deluxe Stir-Fry Frozen Veggies (GV), 5 serving

Directions

~Cut Chicken into 1 inch pieces. Set aside.
~In a small bowl stir together soy sauce, water, red pepper, and corn starch. Set it aside.
~Pour oil into a wok or large skillet. Heat over med-high heat. Add ginger and garlic. cook and stir for 15 seconds. Add veggies. Cook until they are cooked through and no longer frozen. Remove from wok.
~Add chicken to wok. Cook until no longer pink in center. Push chicken to the side of the wok and add the sauce. stir until thick and bubbly. Mix with chicken. Add veggies and cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve over rice.

One serving = 1/2 C of veggies.
