Macaroni & Cheese Bake

Ingredients

    1 cup Macaroni elbows, raw
    .5 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded (use lowfat for a lighter recipe)
    .5 cup Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese
    .5 cup Evaporated Milk, canned
    1 cup milk 3.25%
    .3 cup onions raw, chopped
    .3 cup Green pepper (bell pepper) chopped
    .5 Blue Bonnet Light Margarine

Directions

Boil macaroni elbows and drain. In a large baking dish (11"x9"x4") combine all ingredients with cooked macaroni and stir baked in oven at 350 degrees for 40 mins. remove cool and serve with favorite meat recipe. Makes 10 servings
