Shrimp and scallops

Ingredients

    1 lb pasta cooked
    1 lb shrimp
    1 lb scallops
    1 bunch green onions chopped
    1 tsp dill
    2 cloves garlic chopped
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 cup good white wine
    1/2 cup half and half
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

Start water for pasta, when boiling add pasta and cook until al dente

in large skillet add olive oil and butter, put in green onions, dill and garlic saute for a moment. add shrimp and scallops, saute for 2 minutes. Add wine, bring to a boil and reduce by half, add half and half reduce heat some and reduce by 1/3. Add parmesan cheese and serve over pasta.

You can substitute a fat free half and half, and use chicken broth in place of white wine, it will not be quite the same without the wine but the fat free cream will be very close. You can also reduce the cheese some.
