Don's Veggie's Delight

Ingredients

Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Zucchini, baby, 1 medium (remove)
Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
Portabella Mushrooms, 300 grams (remove)
Baby Carrots, raw, 9 medium (remove)
Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)
Salt, 3 dash (remove)
Directions
Slice the following veggie's. Zucchiini, Mushrooms, carrots.
Chop broccoli, onions,
Mince Garlic or Garlic Press.
Carmelize the Garlic on med heat in a skillet.
Add Mushrooms, when they sweat, flip them.
Add in carrots, onions and Zucchini, add spices. Allow to simmer and cover dish for 5-8 minutes. You are basing this on the texture of the carrots and Zucchini.
Add Broccoli, cover and steam for 10 minutes under low to medium low heat.
Serves 4
I usually serve with CousCous and the huge 2oz Pork Tenderloin.
