Introduction

This is a wonderful breakfast or anytime drink! Very filling! This is a wonderful breakfast or anytime drink! Very filling!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp of Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate mix (can be subst. with diet)
    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 of banana, frozen without peel
    1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter, smooth style

Directions

Simply place all ingredients in blender. Blend until well mixed.

    Add some fiber one cereal! 15 grams of fiber/serving (1/2 cup) for a more longer last filling snack or breakfast! - 6/20/08

    delicous! i used a whole banana instead of half and subsitituded cocoa with nestle choc milk syrup (added a touch after i already blended milkshake) i also added 3/4 cup of ice. Instead of having it 2 servings i drank it all as a meal. delicous! - 3/1/10

    I don't think there is any better combination than peanut butter and chocolate. This is delicious! I'm going to add a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder for a breakfast meal. Doesn't taste low calorie! - 1/7/12

  • I used 1 cup vanilla soymilk, 2 tbsp Hershey's unsweetened special dark cocoa, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 cup dole frozen frozen strawberries and bananas, 3 tbsp brown rice protein powder. Next time, i'll leave out the powder. Delicious! - 5/11/12

  • I tried this with a small whole banana and chunky peanut butter because it's what I had in the cupboard. WOW! This drink taste so good! It makes an excellent breakfast for those mornings while I'm studying instead of coffee. - 2/12/12
