delicous! i used a whole banana instead of half and subsitituded cocoa with nestle choc milk syrup (added a touch after i already blended milkshake) i also added 3/4 cup of ice. Instead of having it 2 servings i drank it all as a meal. delicous! - 3/1/10

I tried this with a small whole banana and chunky peanut butter because it's what I had in the cupboard. WOW! This drink taste so good! It makes an excellent breakfast for those mornings while I'm studying instead of coffee. - 2/12/12

Very good. BUT, this is for 2 servings, so at 315 calories, I think I'll save this for a cheat day.

It's delicious. I recently started using almond milk and decided to use the recipe calculator to figure the calories in the recipe. Came up with quite a few more calories -- so checked the calories in your recipe. The peanut butter and banana calculations are too low. Am I missing something? - 7/23/14

I don't think there is any better combination than peanut butter and chocolate. This is delicious! I'm going to add a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder for a breakfast meal. Doesn't taste low calorie! - 1/7/12

  • Wow. I usually hate peanut butter. I mostly taste banana tho, but I also think I put too much banana. But it's delicious! I added 3 cubes of ice (cause I only made 1 serving) and I love it a lot that way. Makes me feel like I'm having a frozen treat. - 8/24/15

  • I'm avoiding dairy in my food plan, so I used almond milk instead and added some protein powder and crushed ice to it to make it a complete cold summer meal. - 7/23/14

  • Tasty but didn't fill me up for breakfast. I ended up drinking the whole thing. Will try again using some of the other suggestions like adding Fiber One or Protein Powder and probably a whole banana. - 7/23/14

  • Someone must be reading my mind as many smoothies like this one I've been
making with same or similar ingredients. I loved peanut butter and chocolate so
this is a winner, I just use plain coco powder sweetened with stevia and sometime
a bit of honey too for more flavor. All else same and thanks - 7/23/14
