Add some fiber one cereal! 15 grams of fiber/serving (1/2 cup) for a more longer last filling snack or breakfast! - 6/20/08

delicous! i used a whole banana instead of half and subsitituded cocoa with nestle choc milk syrup (added a touch after i already blended milkshake) i also added 3/4 cup of ice. Instead of having it 2 servings i drank it all as a meal. delicous! - 3/1/10

I tried this with a small whole banana and chunky peanut butter because it's what I had in the cupboard. WOW! This drink taste so good! It makes an excellent breakfast for those mornings while I'm studying instead of coffee. - 2/12/12

  • This recipe is really good for being so simple...could use more peanut butter and chocolate flavoring (in my opinion) but definitely helped satisfy my craving for something sweet without feeling guilty. My 4 year old loved this as well. - 1/2/14

  • Skim or soy milk - either is good
Swiss Miss or chocolate whey powder - either is good
Natural peanut butter is the best.

  • It tastes great, but I used a banana that was not frozen so it was more like thick milk than a smoothie. - 11/16/11

  • I just finished enjoying this one, it was very tasty. I used a whole fresh banana and ice instead because I didn't have time to freeze any bananas the night before. This smoothie definitely satisfied my sweet tooth. - 2/25/11
