IntroductionServing size is 4 mushrooms. Serving size is 4 mushrooms.
Fresh mushrooms (about 40)
1lb. Ground Italian Sausage
8oz. Cream Cheese
1 can of Rotel
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
2. Mix in Rotel & Cream Cheese until saucy.
3. Pull out mushroom stems, and scoop out gills.
4. Put mixture into mushrooms & top with mozzerella cheese.
5. Bake at 300 for about 30 mintues.

You can find it by the canned tomatoes. It's kind of like salsa.
