Introduction

Oven roasted Potatoes Oven roasted Potatoes
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    4 med. potatoes

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Put metal pan in oven while pre-heating (this will help potatoes not stick)

Cut potatoes into wedges, mix in bowl with 2 Tbsp oil, salt, pepper, and garlic (any seasonings you like)

Remove preheated pan from oven, pour 2 Tbsp oil on pan, swish around to cover pan, then pour potatoes on pan, they will sizzle and this will help them to not stick.

Cook around 30-40 min turning once.
