Introduction

I use this as a veggie dip or a snack using rice crackers I use this as a veggie dip or a snack using rice crackers
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    15oz can chickpeas
    2 T Lemon Juice
    1 t. Chili Garlic Sauce (or to taste)
    the more you add the hotter it is.
    1 sm garlic clove, minced
    2 T. Minced Cilantro
    1 T Minced red onion

Directions

Drain chick peas reserving juice. Do not rince. Transfer chick peas to a food processor with 1/2 C Reserved Juice and remaining ingredients. Pulse just to mix. Serving 2 Tbs
