Introduction

A great, healthy snack. A great, healthy snack.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt

    1 egg
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup canola oil
    3/4 cup shredded apple

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in small bowl. Make a well in dry ingredients and add wet. Stir until moistened. Pour into muffin pan.
Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack.
